A/C Service Crew

  • Graduate of any A/C related course
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Physically fit and with no hearing ailment

Jr. A/C Painter

  • Graduate of at least a 2-year Technical Course
  • With 2-years experience as Spray Painter of Automotive Spray Painter

A/C Servicing Coordinator

  • Graduate of an Aviation-related course
  • Holder of professional driver's license

Process Specialist

  • College degree in Engineering or Business Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen to learn and build up expertise in method and tools
  • Strong ability to understand and apply Change Management and Process Improvement philosophies
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to facilitate strategic and operational events from shop floor to executive level
  • Good facilitation skills
  • Team player and strong ability to engage other people
  • Good analytic and problem solving skills
  • High level of discipline and courage for Process Governance
  • Intercultural awareness

Jr. Quality Process Engineer

  • Bachelor of Science with engineering-related course (Preferably, Industrial Engineering)
  • Must have at least two (2) years of experience in aviation-related quality process engineering and valid training record of Aircraft Ground Engineer's Course of equivalent

Jr. Planning Engineer

  • A graduate of any BS Engineering or 4-year aviation-related course
  • For graduates of a 4-year aviation-related course, candidates must have at least five (5) years working experience in Production

Quality Assurance Specialist

  • Must have at least five (5) years of continuous work experience in aviation industry (aircraft/shop mechanic, aircraft inspector, engineer, etc.)
  • Must pass  a written qualifying examination to be conducted by HR and pass final interview by VP-Quality Management or designee
  • With good communication skills (oral/written English)

Planner / Buyer

  • College graduate, preferably a BS Engineering course
  • At least two (2) years related work experience in the field of material planning and procurement, or as may deemed to by qualified by superiors/Management
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills including negotiating skills and abilities
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Project Manager Strategy and PMO

  • College graduate, preferably Engineering or Business Management
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in aviation, business development, methods analysis, use of statistical tools and techniques 
  • LEAN Six Sigma training and experience a plus
  • Systematic problem solving skills, project management and people skills required
  • Proficient in MS Office applications: MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint

NDT Technician

  • Graduate of BS Engineering or equivalent
  • Proficient in Physics, Mathematics and English
  • Meets vision test requirement of NAS410/EN4179
  • At least Mechanic B, Engineer or equivalent Job Grade (for internal bidding)
  • At least 2 years experience in NDT and with 2 NDT method Level 2 training (for external hiring)
  • Passed HR entry examination and interviews
  • Passed BPW entry examination and interviews

Multimedia Specialist

  • College graduate
  • At least four (4) years of more relevant work experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High level of fluency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledgeable in computer applications

On-the-Job Trainee (students only)

  • Preferred courses: Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, Tourism
  • Full-time OJT preferred
  • Can start immediately
