HR Assistant - Recruitment

  • Graduate of BS Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or any related course
  • Preferably with end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Must have intermediate computer skills
  • Must be detail oriented

Jr. HR Officer - Employee Relations

  • Graduate of BS Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or any related course
  • Preferably with Labor Law and Employee Relations experience
  • Must have intermediate computer skills
  • Must be detail oriented

Jr. HR Officer - Compensation and Benefits

  • Graduate of BS Behavioral Sciences, Psychology or any related course
  • Preferably with HR-related experience
  • Must have intermediate computer skills
  • Must be detail oriented

Market Research Analyst

  • College graduate, preferably Engineering or Business Management
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in aviation market research, methods analysis, use of statistical tools and techniques
  • Lean & Six Sigma training and experience  a big plus
  • Systematic problem-solving skills, project management and people skills required
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint

A/C Servicing Coordinator

  • Has completed at least two (2) years' college education
  • Professional driver's license holder
  • Knowledgeable in computer applications
  • Has a positive mindset, flexible and is willing to be assigned to any shift

Jr. Engineering

  • B.S. Engineering graduate
  • Preferably with relevant work experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good scholastic record
  • Computer literate

On-the-Job Trainee (students)

  • Preferred courses: Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, Tourism
  • Full-time OJT preferred
  • Can start immediately
  • Requirements: Updated resume, school endorsement, school waiver, photocopy of school ID
